Ashley Feasley
Senior Fellow (Spring 2026), Initiative on Catholic Social Thought and Public Life
Ashley Feasley is the legal expert in residence at the Immigration Law and Policy Initiative at Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, a Hyphen Partnerships Immigration Policy Fellow, and a spring 2026 senior fellow with the Georgetown University Initiative on Catholic Social Thought and Public Life. She previously worked as the director for migration policy and public affairs at the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and served on the National Security Council and in the Departments of Health and Human Services and Homeland Security.
She has extensive experience in migration and international trade law, including immigration law, customs and anti-dumping/countervailing duties, human trafficking, and refugee and asylum law. She previously held senior level positions at the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc., and the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service.
