Santiago Ramos

Santiago Ramos is an associate editor at Plough and a contributing writer at Commonweal. Santiago completed a Ph.D. in philosophy at Boston College, with a dissertation on Plato and beauty. He has taught courses in the history of philosophy, political theory, and business ethics at Boston College, Salem State University, Rockhurst University, and the University of Lucerne in Switzerland. In addition to his academic work, Santiago has contributed essays and reviews to America, Salon, and The Lamp. Santiago was born in Asunción, Paraguay, and migrated to the United States at a young age.
