Initiative on Catholic Social Thought and Public Life

Eswyn Gray is an undergraduate student fellow with the Initiative on Catholic Social Thought and Public Life at Georgetown University, where she is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences majoring in biology on the pre-med track. She is particularly interested in the intersection of medicine and theology, especially as it relates to human dignity, healing, and care for vulnerable populations. Beyond the Initiative, Eswyn is a member of the Jesuit Honor Society Alpha Sigma Nu and volunteers with patients in the Neurological Intensive Care Unit at Georgetown University Hospital. Through her academic studies, clinical experiences, and involvement with the Initiative, she hopes to explore more deeply how faith, science, and service are interconnected and how their intersection can lead to more compassionate and ethical approaches to care.
