After the Pope's surprising election in 2013, the Initiative on Catholic Social Thought and Public Life has sought to create dialogue surrounding Pope Francis' impact and message for the world. Thus, the "Francis Factor" series was created to have these engaging conversations with religious leaders, experts, and scholars as the Church and the world react to the newest Pope.
